• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are typically shipped on Mondays. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please keep in mind that some products are made to order or are pre-orders and may take additional time.

• How are the Prints shipped?

  A4 and Smaller Prints are Shipped Flat in a Hardback envelope, Everything bigger ie: A3/11x17 will be rolled and shipped in a Postal Tube.

  At the moment I cannot offer Flat shipping on Larger Prints but I am looking in to it.

• Can I order a Custom Original?

  You can indeed, send me a message or email me at [email protected] with a rough description of what you are after and we can work something out.

• My Order Went Missing, What Happens?

  On Orders that have Tracking selected, I will look into the lost package and if it cannot be recovered I will ship out a replacement order.

  On Orders without Tracking I unfortunately can't replace any lost items as I can't be sure they were actually lost. This is why I highly recommend Tracking.

  On Original Art I of course can't replace the Art as it is one of a kind. For this your Options would be either wait until I have time to do a new piece of Art as close to the Original as possible or a Refund.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
